Our company caters to out of state business professionals who are seeking
something different, a place where they can stay and have the feeling of home away from home
during their work visit. Our company is able to provide that experience when partnering with proud
homeowners looking to support our efforts to house hard working business people.
Our rentals are typically located in local neighborhoods
(rather than tourist areas, where hotels are) so they are more authentically fun, restaurants and
shops charge less, and people are naturally friendlier. There are far more advantages for professionals who stay with us over hotel stays including, more space, better amenities, kitchens,
lower cost than hotels, a washer & dryer, and much more..
CLIENT SCREENING
Our professionals are prescreened and undergo background checks for identification. All members must upload a picture of a photo ID as well as answer credit report type questions to verify their identity.
After enquiring, you must provide your work assignment information, acknowledge house rules and ensure you fully understand and agree to them. In addition 100% of the booking fee is due up front, and processed immediately to avoid credit card fraud. This payment includes a security deposit thats returned to you after check out if there are no damages during your stay.
